Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long orders take to process and arrive, what delivery costs, and what happens if something goes wrong. It applies to all orders placed at vitapop.co.uk. Please read it alongside our Returns and Refunds Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in the following locations:
- United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Australia.
If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to you at this time. We are sorry for any disappointment. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us at hello@vitapop.co.uk before placing your order.
Order processing and dispatch times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.
- Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods, new product launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We will let you know if there is a significant delay.
- Subscribe & Save orders are processed and dispatched using the same timescales each time your subscription renews. You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal from your account or by emailing hello@vitapop.co.uk.
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a separate dispatch confirmation email once your order has left us.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Please allow the full processing time in addition to the delivery time below.
- United Kingdom: typically 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Australia and other international destinations: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control, such as adverse weather, courier delays, customs clearance, or remote delivery locations.
Delivery costs
- Free UK delivery on all UK orders over GBP 35.
- For UK orders of GBP 35 or under, a flat delivery charge applies and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery charges for Australia and other international orders are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.
The exact delivery cost for your order will always be displayed during checkout so there are no surprises.
Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, we will include a tracking number and a link in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If you have not received a dispatch email within a few days of ordering, please check your spam or junk folder, and then contact us at hello@vitapop.co.uk.
International orders, customs and duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, including to Australia, please be aware of the following:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us or in your delivery charge.
- Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable in addition to the order total. They are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
- Customs clearance can add time to your delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
- We are unable to advise in advance on the exact amount of any duties or taxes, as these depend on your country's rules. Please check with your local customs office if you would like an estimate before ordering.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before you complete your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned to us or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us at hello@vitapop.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct it.
- If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a failed delivery, or because it was not collected from a collection point in time, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional delivery charge may apply for re-sending the order.
- If you would prefer a refund instead of redelivery in these circumstances, we will refund the cost of the products once the parcel is safely back with us. The original delivery charge and any return costs may be deducted. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Lost or delayed parcels
We want every order to arrive safely. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we will help to resolve it.
- Contact us at hello@vitapop.co.uk with your order number. Please allow a little extra time for international orders, as customs can cause delays.
- We may need to open an enquiry with the courier before we can declare a parcel lost. This can take a few business days, and we ask for your patience while we investigate.
- Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered to you within a reasonable time. If we are unable to deliver within an agreed or reasonable period, you may be entitled to a refund.
Returns, refunds and your right to cancel
This Shipping Policy covers delivery only. Full details of how to return an item and request a refund are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, but in summary:
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@vitapop.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In addition, you have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and return them for a refund.
- Unopened, sealed pouches can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened pouches cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are fully refunded or replaced, and we cover the return postage. For other returns, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Storing your lollipops
For best quality, store your VitaPop pouch in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and keep it out of the reach of young children. Each pouch contains 30 peach lollipops, around one month's supply at one lollipop per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Important information
VitaPop lollipops are a food supplement. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or are under 18, please consult your doctor before use. Keep out of the reach of young children.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
How we use your delivery details
We use the name, delivery address and contact details you provide only to process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to keep you updated about it. We share these details with our couriers and fulfilment partners for delivery purposes. We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in our Privacy Policy.
