1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the VitaPop website at vitapop.co.uk and to any order you place with us for our products. VitaPop sells a daily collagen lollipop (peach flavour) as a food supplement, available as a one-off purchase or through our Subscribe and Save subscription.
By browsing our website, placing an order or starting a subscription, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order or use our website.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Returns and Refund Policy, which also apply to your use of our website and to your orders. Nothing in these Terms affects or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law.
2. Who can order (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or start a subscription with us. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
Our products are intended for adult use. Please keep them out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, are under 18 or have a medical condition, please consult a doctor before use.
3. Products, pricing, availability and pricing errors
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Product images, packaging and descriptions are for illustration only and there may be minor differences between the images shown and the product you receive.
Our VitaPop collagen lollipops are a food supplement. Each pouch contains 30 lollipops, which is approximately one month's supply when taken as recommended.
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT.
- Prices and product availability may change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place that order.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are added to the price of the products. Please see our Delivery Policy for details.
- We cannot guarantee that any product will always be in stock. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a delay or a full refund.
Pricing errors. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on our website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you using the details you provided, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you. We are not obliged to supply any product at an incorrect lower price if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and will not charge you, or we will refund any payment already taken.

- Payment is taken at the time you place your order, unless stated otherwise for subscriptions (see section 5).
- By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
- We may cancel an order if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, has been placed in error, or breaches these Terms.
5. Subscriptions (Subscribe and Save)
Our Subscribe and Save option lets you receive your VitaPop lollipops on a recurring basis at a saving compared with one-off purchases. By starting a subscription you agree to the following terms.
Auto-renewal and billing
- Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you select at checkout until you skip, pause or cancel it.
- By starting a subscription, you authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method automatically for each renewal order at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable delivery charge.
- The price of your subscription may change. If we change the price, we will give you advance notice by email before the change takes effect, so that you can decide whether to continue, skip, pause or cancel before the next renewal.
- Please keep your payment and contact details up to date in your account. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment or pause your subscription.
How to skip, pause or cancel
- You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date, either from your online account or by emailing us at hello@vitapop.co.uk.
- To make sure a change applies to your next delivery, please make it before that renewal is processed. Changes made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the following delivery.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
Your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 also applies to subscription orders, as described in section 6 and in our Returns and Refund Policy.
6. Delivery and returns
We aim to process orders within 1 to 2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, and international or Australian delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery is free on UK orders over GBP 35; otherwise a flat delivery charge applies at checkout. Full details are set out in our Delivery Policy.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. In addition, if you are a UK consumer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which is separate from and in addition to our guarantee.
- Unopened, sealed pouches can be returned within 30 days.
- For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened pouches cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be fully refunded or replaced.
- You pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

7. Discounts and promotions
From time to time we may offer discount codes, bundle offers, subscription savings or other promotions. Unless we state otherwise:
- Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Each code may be limited to one use per customer and may have a minimum spend, expiry date or other conditions.
- Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We may refuse or cancel a discount where we reasonably believe it has been used in breach of its terms or in a fraudulent or abusive way.
8. Food-supplement and health disclaimer
VitaPop lollipops are a food supplement, not a medicine. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the pack.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or under 18, consult a doctor before use.
- Keep out of the reach of young children.
- If you have any known allergies or intolerances, please check the ingredient and allergen information on the pack before use.
Any wellbeing or nutritional information we provide is for general information only and is not medical advice. It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including the VitaPop name and logo, text, graphics, product images, page layouts, designs and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use our website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or otherwise use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to:
- use our website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- place orders fraudulently or using false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or any connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful or malicious material;
- copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit our content or products without our permission; or
- use our website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it or interfere with another user's use of it.
We may suspend or restrict your access to our website, or cancel your orders, if you breach this section.
11. Our liability and disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, we do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
This includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that products will be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to receive your order without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days unless we agree a different time with you. Advice on your statutory rights is available from your local Citizens Advice.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business loss (such as loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity), as our products are supplied for domestic and private use only.
Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
12. Events outside our control (force majeure)
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes, for example, strikes, failure of suppliers or carriers, transport or postal delays, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, acts of government, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and will take steps to minimise any delay. If the delay is substantial, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update or change these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, our products or how we operate. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you place that order.
We recommend that you review these Terms each time you place an order. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were most recently changed.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live in another part of the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
